The right print partner is invisible: orders ship on time, quality never wavers and your customers never learn their name. The wrong one costs you reviews. Here is the checklist we hand every new store — including the stores that end up printing with us.

What to compare

Print quality on your actual garments. Order samples from two or three partners and wash them five times. Cracking, fading or shrinkage at wash five predicts your review rating.

Real turnaround, not marketing turnaround. Ask for median print-plus-dispatch time over the last quarter, and whether rush slots exist when you need them.

White-labelling. Packing slips, return addresses and parcel branding should all be yours. Anything else leaks trust at the doorstep.

Product range depth. You may launch with tees, but hoodies, mugs and phone cases are where repeat revenue lives. A partner with 250+ printables grows with you.

Red flags

No sample program, no proofing step, minimums on every product, or support that only answers by ticket form. Any one of these predicts pain at scale.

Measure twice, print once — and if you want the short version, tell us what you're launching and we'll recommend the exact products and decoration methods for it.
