Always. A designer prepares placement, colours and sizing, and nothing goes to press until you approve it in writing.

Standard orders print in 3–5 business days plus transit. Metro delivery is free over $50. Rush 5-day and same-week slots are available at checkout or by phone.

Yes — we print locally and dropship to 40+ countries through partner facilities, so most international orders avoid customs surprises.

Send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund — no return shipping, no interrogation. Misprints are on us, always.

Because each piece is made for you, we can't resell it — but if the proof didn't match the print, that's our error and the reprint policy above applies.

Your own art, licensed art you hold rights to, and team or event designs. We decline hate imagery, counterfeits and anything you can't show rights for.

Artwork is used only for your order, never shared or resold. Contact details are used for fulfilment and the newsletter you explicitly join — nothing else.
